Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Hyatt Lost Pines had its ups and downs. While the location by the river is beautiful and the pool area is perfect for families to enjoy, my experience was marred by a lengthy check-in process and some mix-ups with my room. However, I appreciated the variety of on-site activities and the engaging evening events that brought a fun atmosphere. Overall, there's a lot to love, but improvements are needed in service efficiency.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the spa services were absolutely amazing, providing a relaxing escape, the hotel itself fell short due to some noise disturbances and disappointing dining options. Overall, the beautiful grounds and family-friendly activities made it somewhat worthwhile, but improvements are definitely needed in certain areas.
This resort offers a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The spacious rooms and adult pool area provided a relaxing retreat despite the bustling crowd of kids. The customer service was top-notch, with thoughtful gestures making our stay even more enjoyable, although the walking distance on the sprawling grounds could be a bit overwhelming.
This resort is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing getaway in the Texas Hill Country. The variety of activities kept my kids entertained, and we particularly enjoyed the lazy river and evening s'mores. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement, which impacted our overall experience. Dining was good overall, with affordable options available nearby, but we were disappointed by one of our meals on-site.
I had a fantastic experience at this resort. The drive in was incredibly beautiful and set a tranquil tone for our stay. The variety of activities available was perfect for the whole family, and the evening events created memorable moments. However, I felt the dining options could improve as some meals were just okay, and the staff could be more attentive in that area. Overall, I would definitely return for the relaxing atmosphere and activities.
